台南市長賴清德，拒絕列席台南市議會，監察院今天上午七比二通過彈劾。彈劾案由指出，賴清德首開地方自治史上官員集體不進議會惡例，違失事證明確，情節重大。監委仉桂美、包宗和今天下午3點將召開記者會說明。
